ನಾವು ಕಿತ್ತೂರ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸೇನಾ ಪಕ್ಷ — ಬಹುಕಾಲ ನಿರ್ಲಕ್ಷಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಉತ್ತರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಪಕ್ಷವಾಗಿ ರೂಪುಗೊಂಡ ಜನಾಂದೋಲನ. ನಮ್ಮ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಸಿದ್ದಗೌಡ ಪಾಟೀಲ (ತುಂಗಳ) ಅವರ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವಿದ್ದೇವೆ; ನಮ್ಮ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಕಚೇರಿ ಟಕ್ಕಳಕಿ, ಜಮಖಂಡಿ ತಾಲೂಕು, ಬಾಗಲಕೋಟೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ 587330.

ನಾವು ಇರುವ ಕಾರಣ ಸರಳ: ಕಿತ್ತೂರ-ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಮತ್ತು ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ-ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಭಾಗಗಳು ರಾಜ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಇತಿಹಾಸ, ನದಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರಮವನ್ನು ನೀಡಿವೆ; ಆದರೂ ರಸ್ತೆ, ಶಾಲೆ, ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆ, ಉದ್ಯೋಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿಂದುಳಿದಿವೆ. ನಾವು ಒಂದು ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಅಥವಾ ಒಂದು ಊರಿನ ಪಕ್ಷವಲ್ಲ — ಈ ಭಾಗ ಮೇಲೇಳಬೇಕೆಂದು ಬಯಸುವ ಪ್ರತಿ ರೈತ, ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕ, ಮಹಿಳೆ ಮತ್ತು ಯುವಕನ ವೇದಿಕೆ ನಾವಾಗಿದ್ದೇವೆ.

We are the Kittur Kalyan Karnataka Sena (ಕಿತ್ತೂರ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸೇನಾ ಪಕ್ಷ) — a people's movement turned political party for the long-neglected districts of North Karnataka. We are led by our National President, Siddagouda Patil (of Tungal), and headquartered at Takkalaki, Jamkhandi Taluk, Bagalkot district, Karnataka 587330.

We exist for a simple reason: the regions of Kittur-Karnataka and Kalyana-Karnataka have given the state its history, its rivers and its hard work, yet remain behind in roads, schools, hospitals and jobs. We are not a party of one community or one town — we are the platform of every farmer, worker, woman and young person who wants this region to rise.

ಕಿತ್ತೂರ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸೇನಾ ಭಾರತ ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಆಯೋಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ನೋಂದಾಯಿತ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಪಕ್ಷ — ಜನ ಪ್ರಾತಿನಿಧ್ಯ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ, 1951ರ ಸೆಕ್ಷನ್ 29Aರ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ. ನಮ್ಮ ನೋಂದಣಿ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 56/087/2023-24/PPS-I, 29 ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 2024ರಿಂದ ಜಾರಿ.

ಈ ಮಾನ್ಯತೆ ಕೇವಲ ಒಂದು ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರವಲ್ಲ — ಇದು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಬದ್ಧತೆ. ನಮ್ಮ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳು ದಾಖಲೆಗೆ ಬಂದಿವೆ, ನಮ್ಮ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಒಂದೇ ಬಾವುಟದಡಿ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಿಸಬಹುದು, ಮತ್ತು ಉತ್ತರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಧ್ವನಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಔಪಚಾರಿಕ, ಕಾನೂನುಬದ್ಧ ಸ್ಥಾನ ದೊರೆತಿದೆ. ನಮ್ಮ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಸಿದ್ದಗೌಡ ಪಾಟೀಲ ಅವರ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವು ಈ ಪಕ್ಷವನ್ನು ಸರಿಯಾದ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ — ನೋಂದಾಯಿತ, ಪಾರದರ್ಶಕ ಮತ್ತು ಜನರಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತರದಾಯಿ — ಕಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೇವೆ.

Kittur Kalyan Karnataka Sena is a fully registered political party with the Election Commission of India under Section 29A of the Representation of the People Act, 1951. Our registration number is 56/087/2023-24/PPS-I, effective from 29 April 2024.

This recognition is more than a certificate — it is a public commitment. It means our demands are placed on record, our candidates can contest under one banner, and the voice of North Karnataka has a formal, lawful place in the democratic system. Under our National President Siddagouda Patil, we have built this party the right way: registered, transparent, and accountable to the people we serve.

ನಮ್ಮ ಎರಡು-ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಪರಂಪರೆ · Our Two-Karnataka Heritage

ನಮ್ಮ ಹೆಸರೇ ಉತ್ತರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಎರಡು ಆತ್ಮಗಳನ್ನು — ಕಿತ್ತೂರ ಮತ್ತು ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ — ಹಾಗೂ ನಮ್ಮ ದಾರಿಗೆ ಬೆಳಕಾಗುವ ಎರಡು ಮಹಾನ್ ಚೇತನಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊತ್ತಿದೆ.

ಕಿತ್ತೂರ ರಾಣಿ ಚೆನ್ನಮ್ಮ — 1857ಕ್ಕೂ ದಶಕಗಳ ಮೊದಲೇ ಸಾಮ್ರಾಜ್ಯದ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಖಡ್ಗ ಎತ್ತಿದ ಕಿತ್ತೂರಿನ ವೀರ ರಾಣಿ. ಆಕೆ ನಮ್ಮ ನಿರ್ಭೀತ ಸ್ವಾಭಿಮಾನದ ಸಂಕೇತ: ಆಳ್ವಿಕೆಗೆ ಒಳಗಾಗಿ ನಿರ್ಲಕ್ಷ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳಗಾಗಲು ನಿರಾಕರಿಸುವ ನಾಡು.
ಕಲ್ಯಾಣದ ಬಸವಣ್ಣ — ಸಮಾನತೆ, ಶ್ರಮದ ಗೌರವ (ಕಾಯಕ) ಮತ್ತು ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ನ್ಯಾಯವನ್ನು ಬೋಧಿಸಿದ 12ನೇ ಶತಮಾನದ ಸಮಾಜ ಸುಧಾರಕ, ಅನುಭವ ಮಂಟಪದ ನಿರ್ಮಾತೃ. ಅವರು ನಮ್ಮ ಅಂತಃಸಾಕ್ಷಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ನ್ಯಾಯದ ಸಂಕೇತ.

ಚೆನ್ನಮ್ಮನ ಧೈರ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಬಸವಣ್ಣನ ಅಂತಃಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯಿಂದ ನಾವು ನಮ್ಮ ಗುಣವನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತೇವೆ: ಅನ್ಯಾಯದ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಧೈರ್ಯ, ಜನಸೇವೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೃದುತ್ವ.

Our very name carries the two souls of North Karnataka — Kittur and Kalyana — and the two great figures who light our path.

Kittur Rani Chennamma — the warrior queen of Kittur who raised her sword against an empire decades before 1857. She is our symbol of fearless self-respect: a region that refuses to be ruled over and ignored.
Basavanna of Kalyana — the 12th-century social reformer and founder of the Anubhava Mantapa, who taught equality, dignity of labour (kayaka), and justice for all. He is our symbol of conscience and social fairness.

From the courage of Chennamma and the conscience of Basavanna, we draw our character: bold in fighting injustice, gentle in serving the people.

ನಮ್ಮ ಬಾವುಟ ಮತ್ತು ಚಿಹ್ನೆ · Our Flag & Symbol

ನಮ್ಮ ಬಾವುಟ ಕೆಂಪು-ಹಳದಿ-ಹಸಿರು ತ್ರಿವರ್ಣ — ಅದರ ಹೃದಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳ ನಕ್ಷೆಯ ಚಕ್ರ. ಪ್ರತಿ ಭಾಗಕ್ಕೂ ಅರ್ಥವಿದೆ:

ಕೆಂಪು — ಕಿತ್ತೂರ ರಾಣಿ ಚೆನ್ನಮ್ಮನ ಧೈರ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ತ್ಯಾಗ, ಹಾಗೂ ನ್ಯಾಯಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಹೋರಾಟದ ಮನೋಭಾವ.
ಹಳದಿ — ನಮ್ಮ ಹೊಲಗಳ ಬಂಗಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರತಿ ಮನೆಗೆ ನಾವು ಬಯಸುವ ಸಮೃದ್ಧಿ.
ಹಸಿರು — ನಮ್ಮ ನದಿಗಳು, ಹೊಲಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಫಲವತ್ತಾದ, ಬೆಳೆಯುವ ಉತ್ತರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಭರವಸೆ.
ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ-ನಕ್ಷೆಯ ಚಕ್ರ — ನಾವು ನಿಂತಿರುವ 14 ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳು, ಒಂದೇ ಬಾವುಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಗ್ಗೂಡಿ.

ನಮ್ಮ ಬಾವುಟ ಮೇಲೇರಿದಾಗ ಅದು ಒಂದು ಭರವಸೆ: ಈ ನಾಡು ಮತ್ತು ಇಲ್ಲಿನ ಜನ ಇನ್ನು ಹಿಂದುಳಿಯುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

Our flag is a red-yellow-green tricolour carrying a roundel of the North Karnataka district map at its heart. Every part has meaning:

Red — the courage and sacrifice of Kittur Rani Chennamma, and our fighting spirit for justice.
Yellow — the gold of our farmlands and the prosperity we want for every household.
Green — our rivers, fields and the hope of a fertile, growing North Karnataka.
The district-map roundel — the 14 districts we stand for, united on one banner.

When our flag rises, it is a promise: this land and its people will no longer be left behind.

ನಮ್ಮ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟ, ಕಾನೂನುಬದ್ಧ ಮತ್ತು ಉತ್ತರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬೇರೂರಿವೆ:

ಕಲಂ 371(J) — ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ-ಕರ್ನಾಟಕಕ್ಕೆ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ನೀಡಿರುವಂತೆ ಅದರ ವಿಶೇಷ-ಸ್ಥಾನಮಾನ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯನ್ನು ಕಿತ್ತೂರ-ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಭಾಗಕ್ಕೂ ವಿಸ್ತರಿಸುವುದು.
14 ಉತ್ತರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯ, ಆಡಳಿತ ನಮ್ಮ ಜನರನ್ನು ನೇರವಾಗಿ ತಲುಪುವಂತೆ.
ನದಿ-ನೀರಿನ ಹಕ್ಕು — ಕೃಷ್ಣಾ, ಘಟಪ್ರಭಾ, ಮಲಪ್ರಭಾ ಮತ್ತು ಮಹದಾಯಿ (ಕಳಸಾ-ಬಂಡೂರಿ) ನೀರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ನ್ಯಾಯಯುತ ಪಾಲು.
ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಯುವಕರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಾದೇಶಿಕ ಆಧಾರಿತ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ, ಉದ್ಯಮಕ್ಕೆ PMEGP ಮತ್ತು MSME ಬೆಂಬಲ.
ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಉಳಿದ ಭಾಗ ಪಡೆಯುವ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಶಾಲೆ, ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆ ಮತ್ತು ರಸ್ತೆಗಳು.

ಈ ನ್ಯಾಯಯುತ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಲಕ್ಷಿಸಿದರೆ, ನಾವು ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಮುಂದಿಡುತ್ತೇವೆ. ನಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಪಾದಯಾತ್ರೆ — ಕೂಡಲ ಸಂಗಮದಿಂದ ಸುವರ್ಣ ಸೌಧ, ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ ಪಾದಯಾತ್ರೆ (8–16 ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ 2025) — ಈ ಧ್ವನಿಯನ್ನು ಕಾಲ್ನಡಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊತ್ತೊಯ್ದಿತು.

Our demands are clear, lawful and rooted in the rights of North Karnataka:

Article 371(J) — extend its special-status protections to the Kittur-Karnataka region, as already granted to Kalyana-Karnataka.
A separate secretariat for the 14 North Karnataka districts, so administration reaches our people directly.
River-water rights — our fair share of the Krishna, Ghataprabha, Malaprabha and Mahadayi (Kalasa-Banduri) waters.
Region-based jobs for local youth, with PMEGP and MSME support for enterprise.
Schools, hospitals and roads built to the standard the rest of the state enjoys.

And if these just demands are ignored, we will press the case for a separate state. Our flagship march — the Kudala Sangama to Suvarna Soudha, Belagavi padayatra (8–16 December 2025) — carried this voice on foot.

ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಜನರಿಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಭರವಸೆ · Our Promise to the Common Man

ಉತ್ತರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ರೈತ, ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕ, ಸಣ್ಣ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರಿ, ತಾಯಿ ಮತ್ತು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗೆ — ಈ ಪಕ್ಷ ನಿಮ್ಮದು. ನಮ್ಮ ಭರವಸೆ ಸರಳ: ನಿಮ್ಮ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯೇ ನಮ್ಮ ಮೂಲ ಮಂತ್ರ. ನಿಮ್ಮ ನೀರು, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ರಸ್ತೆ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಶಾಲೆ ಮತ್ತು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಗೌರವಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ನಾವು ಹೋರಾಡುತ್ತೇವೆ — ಅದನ್ನು ಮುಕ್ತವಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಾಮಾಣಿಕವಾಗಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇವೆ.
