When you donate to a party registered under Section 29A of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, the law lets you claim that amount as a deduction from your taxable income. Our ECI registration number is 56/087/2023-24/PPS-I (with effect from 29-04-2024), and our printed receipt certifies your eligibility.

  • Both fall under the Income-Tax Act, 1961
