ಕಿತ್ತೂರ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸೇನಾ ಪಕ್ಷ ಉತ್ತರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ನೋಂದಾಯಿತ ಪ್ರಾದೇಶಿಕ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಪಕ್ಷ. ಒಂದೇ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯಿಂದ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದ ಪಕ್ಷ — 'ಉತ್ತರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯೇ ಮೂಲ ಮಂತ್ರ'. ಈ ನೆಲದ ಎರಡು ಮಹಾನ್ ಪರಂಪರೆಗಳಿಂದ ನಾವು ಸ್ಫೂರ್ತಿ ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದೇವೆ:

The Kittur Kalyan Karnataka Sena is a registered regional political party of North Karnataka, born of one conviction — 'ಉತ್ತರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯೇ ಮೂಲ ಮಂತ್ರ' (the development of North Karnataka is our founding mantra). We draw our spirit from two towering legacies of this soil:

  • Kittur Rani Chennamma, the warrior queen who stood against injustice
  • Basavanna of Kalyana, who gave the world the path of equality and dignity

ನಮ್ಮ ನಿಲುವು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟ: ಈ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಲಕ್ಷಿಸುತ್ತಲೇ ಇದ್ದರೆ, ಪಕ್ಷವು ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಮುಂದಿಡಲಿದೆ. ನಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಹೋರಾಟ — ಕೂಡಲ ಸಂಗಮದಿಂದ ಬೆಳಗಾವಿಯ ಸುವರ್ಣ ಸೌಧದವರೆಗಿನ ಪಾದಯಾತ್ರೆ, 8–16 ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ 2025ರಂದು ನಡೆಯಿತು.

These are the party's core demands, stated plainly for quotation:

  • Article 371(J): Extend its special-status provisions to the Kittur-Karnataka region, as already granted to Kalyana-Karnataka.
  • Separate secretariat: A dedicated administrative secretariat for all 14 North-Karnataka districts.
  • River-water rights: A fair share from the Krishna, Ghataprabha, Malaprabha and Mahadayi (Kalasa-Banduri) rivers for our farmers and towns.
  • Region-based jobs for local youth, with strong PMEGP and MSME support for enterprise.
  • Schools, hospitals and roads built to the standard the region has long been denied.

Our position is clear: if these demands continue to be ignored, the party will press the case for a separate state. Our flagship action was the padayatra from Kudala Sangama to Suvarna Soudha, Belagavi, held 8–16 December 2025.
